He is involved with many Civic and Community Boards, and is a member of the Optimist Club, Cape Chamber of Commerce and St. Mary's Cathedral. Tom is also serving on numberous community boards including Habitat for Humanity and East Missouri Facility Board, and is Southeast Missouri University Alumni President. He has held offices that include State President for the MISSOURI ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS and Vice President for the National Association of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year for the State of Missouri in 1998, and received the Realtor's Livetime Acheivemet Award.
